Back to Buttes

So much for the Super Bowl, we’re back to buttes here on the Great Plains Trail Blog . . . Good.

Nebraska has its share of nice looking buttes as well.  Each of the following buttes, which is but a small sampling of the many cool features in the wide landscape of western Nebraska, are either on the proposed route for the Great Plains Trail, or are very close to it, and can be seen from the current route!

That Super Bowl sucked. That’s what I get for getting emotionally involved with “another” football team. Damn that vixen, Peyton. With the help of lovely (snowless!) butte pix, I will recover.
